3 step framework:

Become a self-expert

What are your strengths?

How do you make decisions?

What do you care about?
3.
What are your experiences?
a.
Pay attention to what you do, what do you do
right?
b.
Who inspires you? What about them inspires you?
These three steps are
100% in your control!
Points to Ponder:
- “Why are you doing the work you are doing?”
- We are all climbing ladders, which wall is your ladder leaning on?
- What people do you choose to put into your corner?
Want to get some help on becoming a self-expert?
1. Come to the ACC for career assessments, the MBTI and SII.2. Look up the Strengths Finder website/book to learn more about your strengths.
3. Take a Major and Career Exploration class (SLSS 2100)
