Taking a break isn't just fun....its necessary!

With this week being spring break we thought we could give some reasoning to why taking a break is so important. And we don't just mean a week long vacation, it's important to take a break while studying, finishing a large project, etc. The Huffington Post has an excellent article that gives 5 reasons why we need to take a break!
